Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12D Description
The Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12DE full-size cook-and-hold oven heats food gently to slow roast meats for juicy results with less shrinking. Heating precooked product and bulk items is possible with a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fiberglass insulation retains warm air in the cabinet to ensure consistently-heated food, while the oven is controlled electronically and features an LED display.
Pans sit on 12 chrome-plated universal slides that adjust on 1⁄2-inch centers to accommodate different pan sizes. Since the Dutch doors have silicone gaskets, heat does not leak out of the cabinet. Ceramic magnetic latches open the door and keep it secured when transporting the Cres Cor CO-151-FUA-12DE full-size cook-and-hold oven. Heavy-duty, 5-inch casters ensure the unit moves smoothly.
