Cres Cor 207-UA-12-AC 24 1/2"W 12 Sheet Pan Rack w/ 4 1/2" Bottom Load Slides

The Cres Cor 207-UA-12-AC sheet pan rack is designed to be used in pass-through and roll-in freezers, refrigerators, and warming cabinets. Product temperature is maintained in all of these applications while preventing unnecessary handling of food product. Moving the rack is simple with the 5-inch swivel casters, and it can easily lock in place since two casters come with brakes.

Universal wire angles are on 1 1⁄2-inch centers and hold the pans in place during transport and storage. This rack can hold 22-inch-by-20-inch baking pans, 10-inch-by-20-inch baking pans, 18-inch-by-26-inch bun pans, 14-inch-by-18-inch service trays, and 12-inch-by-20-inch steam table pans. The Cres Cor 207-UA-12-AC sheet pan rack is constructed from aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance. The welded frame creates stability and structure of the unit.
