BUNN-O-Matic Residential 42900.0201 Customer Reviews

The water pump in the Bunn has NOT failed as it did with our late Keurig. The Bunn was a little more $$, but more highly rated than its predecessor. We like everything about the Bunn K-cup coffee-maker, except that the very shallow water reservoir must be refilled with each cup, which is ultimately only a minor inconvenience and still deserving of a 5-star rating.
I tried a Keurig and wasn't all that impressed. The K cup is great' I use the Melitta filters and the Javajig k cups and it works wonderfully.Very easy to cleanwith filters.
Delivers a consistently good cup of anything. You set the water so may take a cup or two to adjust to how a particular type of beverage tastes best depending on how strong you like it. My wife actually gets multiple cups out of a single serving with this machine. The pulse feature is nice for teas. Cleaning is not difficult. The machine is just very flexible and well made. Super easy to use.
This little machine is built well and makes nice hot coffee. I use my own grinds as well as tea bags. Very versatile. Great machine.
I love our no nonsense coffee pot but hate that I have to spend another 25.00 for a spare grounds drawer...don't need any additional toys
I make my coffee with it. It is simple to use. I have not found anything that is not great about it.
Fresh coffee on demand & no waste plus easy cleaning makes this coffee maker excellent.
I like that this makes fast coffee from either K cups or grinds in less than one minute. My husband is up very early in the morning, and the pot of coffee he used to make was cold by the time I got up. With this "my cafe" we can each have fresh coffee without wasting a pot. The ability to use a small amount of grinds instead of a K cup means we can use any coffee, and eliminate the expense of K cups. It also does a decent job of making tea or simply dispensing a cup or so of hot water. There are 4 "heads" that easily slide on to change the function. Like most BUNN coffee makers, it contains a small reservoir of water that is pre-heated, making it very fast. You simply add the amount of water you need for your cup, place your cup under the spout and press a button. To save energy, this temperature is reduced after 6 hours of non use, and turns off after 26 hours. So, the first morning cup will take a bit longer to brew. However, this is lessened by the machine "waking up" as soon as you touch it- to slide your grinds in or out. The "my cafe" takes up less space on my counter than my old coffee maker, or any of the K cup machines I have seen-although you do have to store the extra attachments (they stack).
if you want a coffee pot that does it all this is the one you need get one i love mine
