CMA Dishmachines EST-C-EXT Description
To prevent drain clogs in the CMA Dishmachines EST-C-EXT Energy Mizer® low-temperature dishwasher, the water inlet comes with a built-in strainer, while a scrap tray catches excess food particles during the wash cycle. The power drain empties quickly and eliminates noisy solenoid for quiet operation. Because two dish racks are included, this unit can sanitize 40 racks within an hour with low temperatures and low water usage. It is made of stainless steel, so it is durable and effortless to wipe clean.
The CMA Dishmachines EST-C-EXT low-temperature dishwasher has a delimer system to ensure that cleaning chemicals are working efficiently and to reduce the buildup of limestone over time. Designed with a special sanitizing system, this unit eliminates the potential for chlorine damage to the interior. Because the control panel is mounted to the top, this unit can be placed anywhere without potentially blocking important valves, and for ease of use, it features an automatic start and stop function.
