CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-S Description
The CMA CMA-180SB high-temperature door-type dishwasher is made of stainless steel, which resists scratches and dents. A built-in booster heater maintains a constant supply of 180-degree Fahrenheit water for sanitizing dishes in 58-second cycles. The upper and lower spray arms can be interchanged and removed for cleaning, and the water-tight control box is top mounted with an extended wash/delimer switch, temperature gauges, and a rack counter. The CMA CMA-180SB high-temperature dishwasher washes 60 racks per hour and consumes 0.82 gallons of water per rack. Its innovative soil removal system filters water and transfers dish debris into an external removable tray.
