CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-S Description
The CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-S door-type dishwasher is made of stainless steel to prevent scuffs and dents, and it features a built-in booster heater to bring rinse water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitization. With its straight-thru design, the unit can be placed virtually anywhere along a wall, with worktables stationed on both sides. The upper and lower stainless steel spray arms are interchangeable and removable for cleaning.
The CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-S upright high-temp dishwasher has a 58-second cycle and can wash 60 racks per hour using only 4⁄5 gallons of water per rack. As it washes, debris is purged into an external Poly Pro™ scrap collector to be disposed as needed. Simple-to-use, top-mounted controls operate the unit.
