Half Size High Performance Convection Oven With Top Brown Finishing Mode. Handles three half size sheet pans - no rotation neccesary, except in top brown mode. Cooking chamber is 8-5/8" high x 18-1/4" wide x 14-1/2" deep. 1.35 cubic feet cooking capacity. Accommodates standard half size sheet pans & standard 2 1/2" deep half size steam table pans (pans not included). Heat settings from 175 to 500 degrees F (indirect heat). Fan circulates air evenly. Continuous on or 120 minute timer. Cool touch safety door. Double thermal glass door is removable for easy cleaning. Insulated double wall construction. Three shelves included.
