Cadco CPG-10F Description
The Cadco CPG-10F single clamshell grill has smooth glass-ceramic top and bottom plates, which produce even heat. For durability and easy clean up, the unit has stainless steel housing. It can reach temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit with an adjustable thermostat. The unit is specially designed to be cooler on the outside than the cooking surfaces. The grill cover stays parallel with the cooking surface to 2 2⁄3 inches for thick sandwiches. The Cadco CPG-10F panini press comes with several features to help with the cleaning process. The grease tray can be removed to easily dispose of grease and crumbs and . The unit also comes with a cleaning scraper helps to remove stains and messes on the top and bottom plates.
