  • Grand size cart with extra large 46' x 18' stainless top warming surface (active heat area: 43' x 15')
  • Two clear polycarbonate high rolltop lid
  • Two variable heat controls (one per side)
  • Handle on right side of cart
  • Includes three third size stainless steam pans.
  • Third size pans hold over 20 four oz. servings
  • Two lower stainless storage shelves
    • Adjustable thermostat(s) 155 degree to 205 degree
    • Two wheels with brakes; two without brakes
    • Pan holder(s) removable; top level may be used as warming shelf
    • Removable black, heavy-duty fire retardant skirting on 3 sides; attaches with included
