Cadco CAP-F Description
The Cadco CAP-F CrisPlate™ heat plate fits in full-size convection ovens and bakes food more quickly than traditional pans since its aluminized steel contains special alloys and holds heat efficiently. When a user opens or closes the oven door, the steel remains warm. A coating on the surface prevents food from sticking, and the plate encourages the top and bottom of a product to heat at the same time.
