Carter-Hoffmann O8609W Description
The Carter-Hoffmann O8609W sheet pan rack can hold nine 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Each tray slide has 5 1⁄16 inches of space that can be loaded from the side. Strength is added through horizontal stabilizing bars, and since the rack is made of aluminum, it is heavy duty. Moving the cart is not an issue due to the 5-inch-diameter swivel casters.
