Carter-Hoffmann O1620 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann O1620 sheet pan rack can hold 20 oval pans depending on their size. This rack has tray slides with 6 inches of spacing between them, and it can be moved on its 5-inch-diameter casters. Strength is added by the horizontal stabilizing bars. Since the entire rack is made of aluminum, it is strong and resistant to scratches and stains.
