Carter-Hoffmann MDPM4 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann MDPM4 pie merchandiser is made of stainless steel to resist rust, dents, and scratches. It has a removable caddy with four columns that hold product, with a maximum capacity of 42 boxed pies. A forced-air heating system keeps the pies warm until they are served. Even airflow is created by holes in the walls, and heat stays inside the unit with the help of 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation. The Carter-Hoffmann MDPM4 pie merchandiser maintains a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
