Carter-Hoffmann HP42 Description
This Carter-Hoffmann HP42 plate warmer optimizes cooking stations by keeping warm dinnerware near equipment so food can be plated efficiently, and it can be mounted on a countertop or shelf that supports 435 pounds. It has a 203-pound capacity and holds plates with diameters as large as 12 3⁄4 inches. Because of its stainless steel construction, the interior and exterior are durable, rust resistant, and quick to wipe down. This unit is welded, so it withstands heavy use without sagging or bending, and its door has a flip-up design with a built-in menu card holder.
Using fans, the convection heating system evenly moves warm air throughout the cabinet, while a grease filter prevents oil from building up and disrupting how the heating components work. Heat is retained inside the Carter-Hoffmann HP42 heated plate holder and stays around the dinnerware with high-density insulation and a double-walled construction. To streamline cleaning, the filter is removable and dishwasher safe.
