This half size pass thru heated holding cabinet from Carter Hoffman is ideal for use in catering venues, bakeries, and specialty shops! This half size heated holding cabinet holds 5 pans that measure 12"x20" and is easily loaded from the side. Each shelf is individually heated for the best in consistently warm foods. One tubular element and black hard coat aluminum plate is placed on the bottom of each shelf and the top shelf features an additional top mounted heater. This pass thru half size holding cabinet has electronic controls for ease of use and built-in removable food covers. The electronic temperature controls feature a countdown timer and an audio-visual alarm to alert the user. The 12 gauge stainless steel construction makes this half size holding cabinet easy to clean and highly resistant to scratches and dents. The 3" swivel casters with brakes that are provided allow the user hassle free mobility for transport and easy cleaning beneath the holding cabinet. This half size holding cabinet is capable of heating to 225 degrees and preheats in approximately 15-20 minutes!
