Carter-Hoffmann CD252H Description
The Carter-Hoffmann CD252H heated dish cart accepts as many as (252) 11-inch-diameter plates. Its double-panel door has 1-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass insulation to retain heat and seals positively with a heavy-duty sliding latch. Dishes are loaded and unloaded through the hinged cover with a notches design, which can remain closed even as the door is opened and shut. Constructed of stainless steel, the cart is strong and resistant to corrosion. Its 5-inch swivel casters help users move the Carter-Hoffmann CD252H heated dish cart from place to place.
