Carter-Hoffmann BB100 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann BB100 banquet cabinet is constructed of quick-cleaning, sturdy stainless steel with wrap-around fiberglass insulation that is 1 inch thick to hold in heat. As many as (120) 11-inch plates fit inside the cart on four removable shelves made of nickel-plated wire with 13-inch clearances. Heavy-duty sliding latches and temperature-resistant silicone gaskets are fitted on the doors, and their concealed hinges help keep the doors aligned.
The Carter-Hoffmann BB100 banquet cabinet has its heater mounted on the bottom. It can reach temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and takes about 25 minutes to preheat. The blower system quickly heats the cabinet, and its fan motor is cooled internally. Walls and other surfaces are protected by the vinyl bumper, and staff can move the unit on its 6-inch casters.
