This Vitamix Commercial 570 Mix'n Machine® frozen dessert machine mixes fruit, candy, and cookies into ice cream. It comes with a soft ice cream agitator that is made of Acetal plastic—a durable material that will not damage or cut through paper or plastic cups. A power switch on the front turns the agitator on and off, and the motor runs consistently regardless of the thickness of the ingredients. While the Vitamix Commercial 570 milkshake mixer is running, the splash guard protects the operator from moving components and contains messes to streamline the cleaning process.
