Salvajor 500-PSM 2083 Description
The Salvajor 500-PSM Pot/Pan ScrapMaster features a recirculating water system that uses only 7 gallons of fresh water per minute while producing a powerful 30-GPM preflushing plume. This high-volume flow replaces less efficient prerinse sprays, more than doubling scrapping speed by freeing both hands for use and reducing splashing in the workspace.
The Salvajor 500-PSM Pot/Pan Scrapmaster's large top opening accommodates oversized pots, pans, school trays, and even 26-inch sheet pans, while the stainless steel construction ensures durability. The system includes a salvage basin and silverware trap for added sanitation and safety. This unit is managed with start/stop push-button controls, auto-reversing functionality, and a safety line disconnect. For greater efficiency, the HydroLogic® Control Panel features patented operator sensing technology, water- and energy-saving modes, and a user-friendly interface.
