Salvajor 300-TVR Description
The Salvajor 300-TVR TroughVeyor combines a durable stainless steel trough system with an auto-reversing disposer to deliver reliable performance in medium-duty kitchens. A trough diffuser, salvage basin, and silverware trap are included to promote sanitation and efficiency, while the flexible trough design can turn corners, extend for longer runs, or be widened to handle varied kitchen layouts.
Equipped with a recirculating water system, the Salvajor 300-TVR TroughVeyor lowers operating costs by using only 7 gallons of fresh water per minute while generating a 70-GPM plume that drives food waste into the disposer. This high-volume plume keeps both hands free during scrapping and increases speed compared to prerinse sprays. For safe, dependable operation, this unit is equipped with start/stop push-button controls, auto-reversing functionality, a safety line disconnect, and the HydroLogic® Water Saving Control with adjustable timer and LCD readout.
