Baker's Pride's Super Deck Y Series ovens make uniform cooking easy due to their heavy duty flame diverters that distribute the burner flame evenly in the burner chamber. All Super Deck Y series oven models also contain micro slides and operator controlled independent top and bottom heat control dampers that make for balanced cooking.

Consistent baking temperatures are what the Baker's Pride Super Deck Y series is all about! These ovens have fully insulated, spring balanced doors as well as full 5 inch insulation throughout the unit. This ensures that the outside is cooler while the inside of the Super Deck Y series oven stays at the temperature you need. This series also features a 300 to 650 degree throttling thermostat, combination gas controls with valve, regulator & pilot safety, and side or rear gas connections!

Durability was kept in mind with the Y Series Super Deck oven design. The frame of each Super Deck Y series oven is made from very strong iron that is welded to form a unitized section. The lining and body of the Baker's Pride Super Deck Y series ovens are welded to this ultra strong frame. Making the Baker's Pride Super Deck Y series oven even more durable are its 7 gauge Bakertone finished hot rolled legs.
