This countertop single deck pizza bake oven by Baker's Pride is designed for baking, warming and finishing. The all stainless steel exterior of this single deck countertop pizza oven is easy to clean and damage resistant. The slide out nickel-chrome plated wire baking rack features a heat resistant handle. The pull out steel crumb tray keeps your countertop single deck pizza oven clean. The control features independently, operator controlled top and bottom heat for perfectly balanced baking results. The 284-680 degree thermostat and 15 minute electric timer help the user to achieve perfect pizza results every time. The exterior of this countertop pizza oven is fabricated of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The legs are black phenolic. The interior of this single deck pizza oven is constructed of heat tolerant aluminized steel, welded to form a single unitized body. The entire oven is insulated with 1" thick industrial grade felt. The two independently controlled incloy heating elements provide top and bottom heat with up to 1800 watts of cooking power. This countertop pizza oven is stacked for space efficient kitchens!
