Bakers Pride P44BL 2081 Description

Ideal for pizzas, pretzels, flat breads and bakery products, this countertop pizza and pretzel oven is perfect for any bakery or deli. This amazingly powerful oven has controls that feature a 15 minute electric timer with continuous ring alarm and manual shut off to reduce accidents and burnt foods. This pizza and pretzel oven features a thermostat that has a temperature range from 300 - 650 degrees for a variety of baking options. The exterior, front, side, top and doors of this pizza and pretzel oven are constructed of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel with a # 4 finish. The door handle is constructed of tubular stainless steel which is corrosion, dent, scratch and stain resistant. The interior is constructed of high heat aluminized steel that is welded to form a single unitized body. The entire oven is insulated with thick industrial grade insulation. Each cordierite hearth deck measures 20 - 3/4 by 28 1/2 tall overall.
