455-P22S - Countertop Pizza & Pretzel Oven, Two Ceramic Hearth Decks
Countertop electric deck oven features two removable Cordierite hearth baking decks, each 20 3/4" wide by 20 3/4" deep in a single bake chamber. 3-1/4" deck height make these ovens ideal for pizza, pretzels, flat breads and bakery products baked directly on the hearth deck, pans, baking sheets or screens. This unit has top and bottom heat is provided by three heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements. Thermostat range from 300 to 650 F. Exterior front, sides, top and bottom are constructed of type 430 stainless steel and measures 22 1/4 wide by 17 1/2 tall. Door handle is constructed of stainless steel as well.
