Countertop electric deck oven features two ceramic hearth baking decks, each 17 3/4" wide by 17 1/2 deep in a single bake chamber. 3" deck height make these ovens ideal for pizza, pretzels, flat breads and bakery products baked directly on the hearth deck, pans, baking sheets or screens. This unit has top and bottom heat is provided by three heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements total 1800 watts @ 120 volt or 2850 watts @ 208-240 volt, Thermostat range from 300 to 650 F. The 120 volt model is recommended for par baked products only. Exterior front, sides, top and bottom are constructed of type 430 stainless steel and measures 22 1/4 wide by 17 1/2 tall. Door handle is constructed of stainless steel as well. The P18S features a continuous ring timer with manual shut off, a 6 foot line cord and limited one year parts and labor warranty.
