455-P18S - Pizza/Pretzel Oven, 15 Min Mechanical Timer, S/S Exterior
Countertop electric deck oven features two removable Cordierite ceramic hearth baking decks, each 18" wide by 18" deep in a single bake chamber. 3" deck heights make these ovens ideal for pizza, pretzels, flat breads and bakery products baked directly on the hearth deck, pans, baking sheets or screens. This unit has top and bottom heat provided by three heavy duty incoloy steel tubular heating elements. Thermostat range from 300 to 650 F. The 120 volt model is recommended for par baked products only. Exterior front, sides, top and bottom are constructed of type 430 stainless steel and measures 22 1/4 wide by 17 1/2 tall. Door handle is constructed of stainless steel as well. The P18S features a continuous ring timer with manual shut off, a 6 foot line cord and limited one year parts and labor warranty.
