It has a single deck with 11 rack positions (1-5/8" spacing) to choose from so you can get just the right setting for cooking your food. Cook multiple items at once utilizing the 5 racks included with the Bakers Pride full-size convection oven. Each of the 5 convection oven racks are heavy duty chrome-plated for durability and long life. The 60-minute continuous ring timer with manual shut-off ensures that you will know when your food is ready so you can prevent overcooking. Save time waiting for the correct heat setting with temperature-ready indicator lights. The elements-on indicator light lets you know when the oven is in use. Save money with this energy-efficient full convection oven that features dual-pane thermal glass window doors and 2" of heavy-duty industrial grade insulation throughout. The interlock door switch automatically turns the fan and heating elements off when the convection oven door is open. Use the manual rotary switch to turn the fan on when the door is open for a quick cool-down. Enjoy the convenience of the single left-mounted "Cool Touch" door handle so you can easily access food cooked in the hottest convection oven temperatures.
