Bakers Pride F-48R 48" Gas Charbroiler - (11) Stainless Radiants, Natural Gas

The Bakers Pride F-48R Dante charbroiler has a large, 45-inch by 24-inch cooking surface with steel rod grates on which product rests. These four-position grates are adjustable to change the intensity of the heat, which is supplied by 6 burners and distributed evenly by steel radiants. The burners are controlled by individual valves and, when starting the pilot flame, crossover tubes light all the burners simultaneously.

This Bakers Pride F-48R charbroiler has a double-wall, insulated construction that keeps heat around the food and away from the exterior. The extended, 4-inch-deep work deck prevents users from accidently burning themselves on the top, while providing a convenient workspace. Users can plate foods on top and grab supplies from the base below when needed.
