Bakers Pride F-36R Description
Measuring 36 inches wide, the Bakers Pride F-36R gas charbroiler has six grate sections with four independently controlled burners, each powered by natural gas with its own control valve. The grates are made of steel and tilt into different positions to support different applications, while radiants under the grates absorb heat from the burners and reflect it to the grates. Along the front, a plating rail eases product finishing, and the towel bar holds utensils. This unit sits on the floor instead of the counter and has a cabinet base. Because the Bakers Pride F-36R floor-model charbroiler has a stainless steel interior and exterior, it resists rusting and is durable for heavy use. While also increasing structural strength, the double-walled design and insulation keeps heat around the cooking surface.
