The Bakers Pride F-24R Dante charbroiler has 2.5 burners that are heated by natural gas and independently controlled by valves. Because the unit can be controlled in zones, users can cook at different heat levels for preparing multiple products. Stainless steel radiants absorb heat and radiate it to the broiling area surface, where product sits on grates. These steel grates can be tilted to four positions, suiting different applications.

For durability, the Bakers Pride F-24R floor-model charbroiler is double walled and fully insulated with a heavy-duty stainless steel construction. A 6-inch work deck along the front provides a place for plating, while the towel bar holds hanging utensils and oven mitts. In the open cabinet base, operators can store additional supplies.
