Bakers Pride EP-3-8-5736 Description
Built with three Cordierite hearth decks, the Bakers Pride EP-3-8-5736 Super Deck floor model deck oven provides consistent heat retention for high-volume pizza baking. Each chamber measures 57 inches wide by 36 inches deep with a 7-inch deck height, accommodating large batches efficiently. The stainless steel exterior provides wear resistance, while the aluminized steel interior enhances heat efficiency. The independently controlled U-shaped heating elements, positioned every 9 1⁄2 inches on both the top and bottom, distribute heat evenly.
Constructed of a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame, the Bakers Pride EP-3-8-5736 oven is designed for durability and can be stacked up to three units high to maximize production without requiring additional space. The temperature range of 212 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit enables a variety of baking applications, and the fully insulated construction helps maintain stable interior temperatures while keeping the exterior cooler. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors reduce heat loss, and the heavy-duty steel legs, finished with a durable Bakertone coating, provide stability.
