Bakers Pride EP-3-8-3836 Description
Built with a stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior and a heavy-duty angle-iron frame, the Bakers Pride EP-3-8-3836 pizza oven is durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to wipe clean. This unit has three Cordierite hearth decks and a temperature range of 300 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit—great for baking pizzas, pretzels, cookies, or roasts. To ensure uniform temperatures, the top and bottom u-shaped heating elements are independently controlled, and the unit is fully insulated to prevent loss of heat. For repeated opening and closing in fast-paced kitchens, the three corresponding doors are spring loaded. Its 12-inch steel legs elevate the decks to an accessible height and enable cleaning beneath the unit. Overall, it measures 55 inches wide by 43 inches deep by 66 inches high.
