Bakers Pride DS-990 Description
Intended to be built into the back of a facade of brick, stone, or tile for a rustic, traditional presentation, the Bakers Pride DS-990 pizza deck oven features a decorative dome-top accent and front and side skirts for mounting tile or stone. This 65.25-inch-wide by 43-inch-deep by 65.75-inch-high unit is positioned on 12-inch legs to enhance accessibility and provide ample space to clean beneath it. Its stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior provide long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance while creating a sleek contrast against decorative walls. To increase production and establish a brick oven look, this unit can be double stacked or combined with a II Forno Classico oven. When ordering this unit, staff can choose from stainless steel or black powder-coated control panels and hardwood door handles.
Pizzas can be baked at different temperatures in the Bakers Pride DS-990 Superdeck DS pizza oven's two baking chambers. Both 48-inch-wide by 36-inch-deep by 6.75-inch-high decks can be adjusted from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, while the top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled to achieve best results. These chambers include 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite decks that absorb moisture and heat uniformly for crispy crusts. To maintain generated temperatures and keep the exterior cool, it's fully insulated, and for streamlined operation, staff can monitor gas levels with the combination gas controls.
