The exterior front, sides and top of this 2 compartment countertop pizza bake oven are fabricated of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The door handle is constructed of tubular stainless steel and the exterior measures 26" wide. The interior is constructed of high heat aluminized steel, welded to form a single unitized body. The interior light allows you to easily view the cooking progress of your foods. The entire oven is insulated with 1-1/2" thick industrial grade insulation. Each cordierite deck is 1/2" thick. Incoloy, tubular heating elements provide top and bottom heat with up to 5050 watts.
