Investing in a high quality 2 compartment countertop pizza bake oven from Baker's Pride is investing in the quality of your pizzas and baked goods. This countertop pizza bake oven features 2 independent, operator controlled baking chambers with 5-1/2" high deck. This countertop 2 compartment features 2 sets of controls-one set for each bake chamber. Each set consists of a 15 minute timer with continuous ring audible alarms and manual shut offs. The ready-on oven indicator light and a 284-680 degree thermostat. The exterior front, sides and top of this 2 compartment countertop pizza bake oven are fabricated of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel with a #4 finish. The door handle is constructed of tubular stainless steel and the exterior measures 26" wide. The interior is constructed of high heat aluminized steel, welded to form a single unitized body. The interior light allows you to easily view the cooking progress of your foods. The entire oven is insulated with 1-1/2" thick industrial grade insulation. Each cordierite deck is 1/2" thick. Incoloy, tubular heating elements provide top and bottom heat with up to 5050 watts. The brick lining increases top heat intensity and speeds recovery for the fastest and most consistently baked pizzas around!
