Bakers Pride BCOG1 NG Description

Convection ovens are simply amazing! High powered cooking, that's fast, consistent and easy! This full fixed convection oven from Baker's Pride is gas powered and is a forced air double deck oven so that you can bake a variety of foods. This full sized convection oven includes 60000 BTUH per deck, a two speed fan with cool down and our patented wheel-within-a-wheel enhanced air flow system powered by an energy saving 1/4 HP air cooled fan motor. The door interlock switch automatically turns to the pan and burners off when the oven door is open for the best in heat preservation and safety.

The manual rotary switch turns the fan on when the is open for quick cool down and the 60 minute timer has a continuous ring alarm with a manual shut off as well so you never have to risk burns or accidents. The indicator light on the oven even glows when the burners are on. This oven's interior measures 29 inches wide by 20 inches wide which will accommodate the cook line of most kitchens. The cooking chamber is designed with porcelain enamel over heavy gauge steel with removable 11 position rack guides with the 1 5/8 spacing and 5 heavy duty adjustable chrome plated racks. The front, top, sides and trim are constructed with stainless steel making them easy to clean and resistant to scratches, dents, stains, and more. The doors are 60/40 split-type with double pane thermal glass and feature cool touch handles for comfort and safety.
