Bakers Pride 36-BP-6B-S30 Description
The Bakers Pride 36-BP-6B-S30 Restaurant Series commercial range has six cast iron grates which transfer heat to skillets or pots on their surface. Its burner heads produce 40,000 BTU each and can be lifted for swift cleaning. The range has a strong, stainless steel construction that withstands rust and scratches. Its large landing edge doubles as a workspace and a safeguard, keeping chefs from brushing against the burners and harming themselves.
Above the stovetop is a shelf that can store box mixes, a few bottles of cooking spices, or some extra ladles. At the bottom of the range lies a 30-inch-wide oven lined with porcelain. This design simplifies cleaning the Bakers Pride 36-BP-6B-S30 commercial range but requires maintenance and attention. The oven racks can be moved between five different positions—four in the guides and one on the floor.
