Garland UN17R60 Description
The Garland UN17R60 Polar Cuisine refrigerated base features a two-section layout with four 27-inch drawers that accommodate up to eight full-size hotel pans. Measuring 60 inches wide by 32 3⁄4 inches deep by 26 3⁄16 inches high, it combines stainless steel and ABS for structural strength and rests on 6-inch stainless steel legs to increase floor clearance. Polyurethane foam insulation stabilizes temperatures during prep rushes, while the condensate evaporator handles internal humidity. With a remote refrigeration system that runs on R404A refrigerant, this unit includes a digital thermometer and electronic controls for precise regulation.
