Garland UN17R114 Description
The Garland UN17R114 Polar Cuisine four-section refrigerated base's condensate evaporator minimizes internal drip and puddling to simplify manual upkeep. Designed for large-scale prep lines, this 114-inch-wide by 32 3⁄4-inch-deep by 26 3⁄16-inch-high unit uses R404A-powered remote refrigeration to decrease operational noise. Its polyurethane foam insulation protects against temperature swings during stocking and retrieval. 6-inch legs resist bending under pressure, while electronic controls and a digital thermometer enable direct monitoring. Reinforced for extra weight support and smooth opening, the stainless steel and ABS build's eight 27-inch drawers store 16 full-size hotel pans.
