Garland MIR-34L Description
Great for browning and caramelizing, broiling, or heating cast iron dishes, the Garland MIR-34L gas salamander broiler has two 20,000-BTU atmospheric burners. They are LP gas powered and infrared—a feature that provides more powerful heat than radiant burners. These burners have independent control valves with high/low knobs, and depending on the application, operators can adjust the heat intensity by moving the included rack up and down. This broiler is designed to be mounted on a commercial range; a backriser is integrated into the unit for smooth installation.
