Using the chamber's 13-position rack guides, the Garland MCO-ES-10 Master Series convection oven’s six racks can be reconfigured to fit cooking needs. With solid-state controls and a 100-hour cooking timer, this unit can handle various products with minimal difficulty. Convection intensity can be raised or lowered by the two-speed fan to suit product needs. Windowed doors can be used to view food in the chamber.
