Garland IRCMA-72 Description
With three infrared burners, the Garland IRCMA-72 gas cheese melter enables users to toast bread, melt cheese, and warm plates. Each burner has its own manual control valve that can be set to separate levels. A constant pilot lights instantly for speedy service.
The Garland IRCMA-72 cheese melter's top, sides, and front are made of stainless steel to expedite cleaning. The unit's walls are insulated with fiberglass, keeping heat inside the warming chamber. A chrome-plated wire rack is included to hold plates close to the burners.
