Garland IRCMA-48 Description
The Garland IRCMA-48 infrared cheese melter is 48 inches wide and includes a full-width rack made of chrome-plated wire. This rack is removable, so users can clean it quickly. Because the top, sides, and front of this unit are made of stainless steel, it provides durability and brisk cleaning.
Two burners inside the Garland IRCMA-48 infrared cheese melter provide a combined 40,000-BTU output. These burners are controlled manually, and individual valves provide separate heating zones. Fiberglass insulation inside the unit's sides, bottom, and back retain heat inside the chamber.
