Garland IRCMA-36 Description
Users can melt cheese, heat dishes, and toast bread in the Garland IRCMA-36 gas cheese melter. This piece of equipment has one infrared burner that produces 20,000 BTU, and it's powered by LP gas. A constant pilot provides instant lighting, so users can hasten service to streamline kitchen operations.
The Garland IRCMA-36 gas cheese melter's front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel—this metal is durable and can be wiped clean. It includes a rack made of chrome-plated wire to hold plates. This rack can be removed from the cheese melter for cleaning.
