Garland GTBG24-AR24 Description
Made of stainless steel, the Garland GTBG24-AR24 countertop charbroiler is durable and can be wiped down. To further facilitate cleaning, it includes a crumb tray that catches food particles and debris. Preventing it from overheating or burning the countertop, the unit is mounted on 4-inch legs, which are adjustable as needed. This charbroiler has a rail attached to the front that keeps users away from the burners so they don't get injured.
To handle multiple foods at once, the Garland GTBG24-AR24 charbroiler has two burners with individual high and low controls. The racks are reversible—one side handles dense meats and the other side is better for cooking lean proteins, such as fish. Because the grates are made of cast iron, they provide even heating and durability for repeated use.
