With cast iron broiler grates and a stainless steel front and sides, the Garland GTBG24-AB24 gas charbroiler's heavy-duty construction endures frequent use in a professional setting. The grates can be adjusted to two positions and are reversible, so users can prepare various foods on the charbroiler. This unit uses ceramic briquettes that absorb grease as it drips from cooking foods, vaporizing it during cooking to improve product flavor.
Natural gas powers two burners in the GTBG24-AB24 gas charbroiler. These burners have independent controls, so each part of the grill can cook a different item. Because the unit is mounted on 4-inch-tall legs, it can be used safely on a countertop without overheating.
