This 36" restaurant range salamander broiler features a stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with a heat shield. Two 20000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners melt cheese, brown buns, and finish melty menu items. The 2 hi-lo valve controls are easy to use and the 3 position spring balanced adjustable rack assembles allow you to broil a wide variety of food sizes and shapes. The large capacity removable grease pan keeps your salamander broiler clean. This restaurant range salamander broiler utilizes natural gas, for clean burning and efficient heating.
