Garland ER36 Description
Managed by manual knob controls, the Garland ER36 E electric range-mounted salamander broiler delivers concentrated, dual-zone heating across six elements. Its 26 1⁄2-inch pull-out rack slides forward for easy loading and locks into position to hold food at a fixed distance from the burners, while a full-width drip tray catches grease to maintain a clean broiling area. Constructed of stainless steel, the 36-inch-wide by 19 5⁄8-inch-deep by 32 1⁄4-inch-high broiler resists deformation and surface abrasion through frequent, high-temperature use.
