Garland ED-30FT Description
Measuring 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 13 inches high, the Garland ED-30FT electric fryer is designed for countertop placement. It's elevated on 4-inch legs to reduce the risk of heat damage to the counter. Each of its vats accommodate 15 pounds, and they're controlled independently with electronic thermostats. To prevent accidental temperature adjustments, this unit features recessed controls.
To ensure a long service life in high-volume settings, the Garland ED-30FT countertop fryer's front, sides, and tanks are made of stainless steel. This simple-to-clean metal provides excellent resistance to rusting, corroding, scratching, and denting. Further streamlining cleanup, the flat-bottom tanks are removable. The unit features heat-on indicator lamps and includes two fry baskets.
