Key components of the machine have an antimicrobial agent built into them to help prevent harmful bacteria from growing. The EverCheck™ feature alerts you when the machine needs to be maintained. The Hoshizaki KMS-822MLH cube ice machine head has an evaporator that is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The machine's remote condenser keeps excess heat and noise out of the front-of-the-house.
